Enterprise companies consistently ask their best and brightest to take on more responsibilities

In either case — — the founders/employees are not supposed to “give in” and show any signs of weakness “Head Down!” “Suck It Up” and “Power Through” become the mantras of the day.

And then one day it all catches up even with the brightest superstars out there.

Burnout rears it ugly head — you’ve been denying it all a long even though the elephant in standing in the room right next to you.

Left unchecked — burnout can lead to serious, serious depression and possible suicide. It’s mo laughing matter or a joke. It’s a matter of life and death. Trust me — — I spent two years in a very dark space that nobody knew about. I finally got the help I needed and pulled out of it. Some people aren’t that fortunate.

Take 10 minutes and read this — — it might just be the best thing you do all day.

Remember — Burnout leads to Depression that leads to the Black Hole.

Don’t let this be you
