Introducing C.R.E.A.M. Flash Loans
Today, we are introducing flash loans across the C.R.E.A.M. full ecosystem -- The Iron Bank, C.R.E.A.M. v1, C.R.E.A.M. BSC, and C.R.E.A.M. Fantom.
This is a major step in C.R.E.A.M.’s mission of becoming the most capital efficient money market in crypto. At launch, C.R.E.A.M. will offer the largest set of flash loanable assets on the market.
C.R.E.A.M. makes flash loans more useful to a larger variety of stakeholders, allowing users to become more flexible and capital efficient. Previous to this launch, affordable flash loans were only available on a very limited set of assets. With C.R.E.A.M.’s wide and growing set of assets, users can now access flash loans on many more assets than before, at the cost of 0.03%.
Additionally, C.R.E.A.M. will be the first money market to bring flash loans to Binance Smart Chain. Devs building on C.R.E.A.M. BSC will immediately gain access to more than $90M of liquidity available for flash loans.
What Is A Flash Loan?
Flash loans allow developers access to undercollateralized loans.
Flash loans enable ‘unlimited’ instant borrow power, with zero collateral, provided the liquidity is returned within one transaction block. If the funds are not returned, the transaction will fail.
Flash loans use-cases include democratized liquidations, arbitrage, collateral swapping, interest-rate swapping, and many more.
What’s Unique About C.R.E.A.M. Flash Loans?
C.R.E.A.M. will offer the widest set of assets available for flash loans. All assets currently listed on C.R.E.A.M. will be available to flash loan -- which we believe will create many new use cases.
Our flash loans are cheaper than other money markets at 0.03%.

C.R.E.A.M.閃電貸的推出使更多用戶可對於豐富且多款資產進行更加靈活且具有資本效率之運用。在此之前，閃電貸僅適用於部分有限資產，藉由在C.R.E.A.M.上多樣化且不斷增加的資產組合，用戶可以透過0.03％的成本來對更多資產操作閃電貸。
另外，C.R.E.A.M. 也是第一個將閃電貸帶到幣安智能鏈上的貨幣市場(money market)，在幣安智能鏈上建構的開發者們可立即獲得活用超過$90M閃電貸資金的機會。
何謂閃電貸？
閃電貸讓開發者能夠進行無抵押貸款。當流動性（與費用）可以在一個交易區塊內被返回的話，閃電貸可以做到『無需抵押品的無上限借款』，但當資金無法在一個區塊內被返回的話，該交易便會失敗。
閃電貸可應用在包括：自主清算（democratized liquidations）、套利（arbitrage）、抵押品互換（collateral swapping）、利率互換（ interest-rate swapping）等用途上。
C.R.E.A.M. 閃電貸之特色？
C.R.E.A.M. 閃電貸可用於非常廣泛且豐富的資產上。目前所有C.R.E.A.M.上的資產都將可適用於閃電貸，藉此預估可創造出非常多樣且新穎的使用案例。比如說可以應用在cToken或是yUSD上。
另外，我們的閃電貸費用相較於其他貨幣市場來說較為低廉，只收取0.03%。
