Is Envato Elements still worth it in 2025? (review and tutorial)
When I started out on YouTube, all my videos were talking head style in front of a green screen, with some images sprinkled in the back.
Eventually, I became interested in adding some more visual elements to my work, and I also wanted to start experimenting with faceless videos.
So I started looking at options for stock video.
YouTube gurus are constantly posting content about how easy it is to make huge money with faceless videos.
This is a total lie, of course, but I watched those tutorial videos because I was interested in where the creators were getting their stock footage from.
Most suggested free stock footage sites like Pexels and Pixabay.
I did consider going there, but my paranoid nature took over.
I mean, what if you used a video from a free stock footage site that was improperly uploaded and you wound up getting in trouble?
So I started digging into paid sites in hopes of finding something relatively affordable.
Sorting through multiple stock video options
At the time, I was getting a lot of ads for StoryBlocks and Artlist.io, so I decided to check those out first.
