1. Stop fidgeting

You think it’s harmless, but biting your nails, scratching, or twirling your hair screams “I’m distracted.”

Gross or not, it’s a sign you’re not focused. Next time you’re stuck, try something else.

Get up. Stretch. Take a walk.

Anything that breaks the loop of nervous energy and helps reset your mind.

2. Stop mindless scrolling

You already know this.

The infinite scroll is really an infinite pit of distraction.

You go in for a minute, and suddenly you’re 20 memes deep and forgot what you were even doing.

Set time boundaries.

Focus on the stuff that matters. Deep dive into a topic, find quality resources, and challenge yourself to think differently.

3. Stop putting it off

Waiting for the perfect moment? It’s not coming.

Procrastination is an easy trap, and you’re building it around yourself.

Yeah, it’s stressful, but pushing through is the only way to get anything done.
