The Cavalry Isn’t Coming

You Are The Cavalry.

No one is paying attention…

They aren’t looking for you….

No one will ask for your book…

Publishers don’t have tons of money waiting on you.

They don’t have tons of great marketing ideas that you’ve never thought of.

You are the only that can finish the book.

No one is coming to help you.

You’ll have to start small. And then fail.

Then you may have to start again, and maybe fail some more.

The cavalry isn’t coming.

You are the cavalry.

And if the cavalry were to come, you may wish they hadn’t.

No one is paying attention…unless you make yourself known.

They aren’t looking for you….until you create something worth looking for.

No one will ask for your book…until you give them a reason to.
