In this fourth section of the Spiritual Intelligence series, we will be discussing five different habits and routines that can be used for development.

Spiritual intelligence is not a static quality; it can always be improved upon. Just as with any other skill, the more time you spend developing your spiritual intelligence, the better you will become at using it.

Remember that all this information is just for educational purposes and the concepts explained here should not be taken as “expert” advice to anything.

One Habit (and the most important one) is to develop a regular spiritual practice and work on expanding/raising your awareness or consciousness.

Awareness is key in all areas of life, but it is especially important when working on developing your spiritual intelligence. The more aware you are, the more in control of your life you will be.

Some people like to meditate, others prefer to do energy work or yoga, and still, others like to spend time in nature.

There is no “right” way to do this — the important thing is that you find a method that works for you and that you stick with it!

If you’re not sure where to start, there are plenty of resources to learn available on my Medium Page or in Books..

To start, here are 3 Ways other ways for you on how to raise your awareness:

Additionally, here are a few common practices:

Meditation: There are many different types of meditation, but the goal is always to focus and quiet the mind.

Mirror gazing: This is a practice where you sit in front of a mirror and look at your own reflection / your eyes for a period of time. (Begin with 5–10Min)

Visualization: This involves creating mental images in order to achieve certain goals. For example, you might visualize yourself as healthy and whole if you are working on healing from an illness.

Breathing exercises:There are many different types of breathing exercises, but they all involve focusing on your breath and using specific patterns of inhalation and exhalation.

Another habit that can help you develop your spiritual intelligence is spending time evaluating your life and your current situation.

This can be done by taking some time each day to reflect on your day, your week, or even your life as a whole.

What areas in your life are you most satisfied with?

What areas could use some improvement?

How can you make changes to improve the areas that need it?

How can you get the energy and motivation to make those changes?

Evaluating your life can help you get a better understanding of yourself and what you want out of life.

It can also help you identify areas where you need to make changes.

If you don’t like something about your life, change it!

Making changes can be difficult, but it’s always worth it in the end.

A third habit that can help you is to learn as much as you can about different concepts and ideas related to spirituality, consciousness, and personal development.

One of the best ways to do this is to read books on these topics, but there are also many great websites, blogs, and podcasts that offer valuable information on these subjects (Just like mine😉).

The more you know about these things, the better equipped you will be to make positive changes in your life and develop SQ.

As said before, spiritual intelligence is a mix of emotional and intellectual intelligence, so learning about different concepts can really help you see the world in a new light.

The fourth habit that can help you develop your spiritual intelligence is spending time with others, but also alone.

It is important to have a balance in our lives between social interaction and time spent alone.

Both are necessary for our mental and emotional health.

When we spend time with others, we learn how to interact and communicate with them.

We also learn about their different perspectives and worldviews. This can help us to understand ourselves better and expand our own perspectives. But it’s also important that you have a supportive and positive social network.

Better have no friends than toxic ones!

Additionally, spending time alone gives us the opportunity to reflect on our lives and our relationships. It allows us to process our thoughts and emotions without outside distractions. This can help us to gain a better understanding of ourselves and what we want out of life.

A fifth and final habit that can help you develop your spiritual intelligence is to keep an open mind.

This doesn’t mean that you have to believe everything you hear or read, but it does mean that you should be open to new ideas and perspectives.

When we keep an open mind, we allow ourselves to learn and grow. We also become more tolerant of others and their beliefs.

If you always close yourself off to new ideas, you’ll never know what you’re missing out on. Life is a journey of learning and growth, so make sure you keep your mind open to new possibilities!

These are just a few habits that can help you develop your spiritual intelligence. Remember, it’s important to find what works for you and to be patient. The most important thing is to start somewhere! Knowledge is one thing, but true wisdom comes from experience. So get out there and start living!

What habit will you start with? Let me know in the comments below! Get ready for the next part of this series, where we’ll be discussing the relationship between IQ and SQ:
