Today we are going to be taking a look at Apple’s WWDC2022 event. This usually takes place in June every year. Basically it offers a chance for Apple app developers to learn from Apple experts. What we are interested in however are the most interesting updates for MAC, IOS 16, and many more.

Aside from all that, we like the fact that you can actually use your IPAD as a second display, you can even unlock your Macbook Air with your Apple Watch. Oh and did we mention it doesn’t need a fan to deliver blazing speed and efficiency?
IOS 16 Personalization is the name of the game with Apple’s IOS 16 with a variety of features to make that possible, higher level intelligence for more efficiency. Here our some of our favorite features with this update.
⦁ Personalized Lock Screens- Customize this and identify your Apple iPhone as truly yours with a ton of customization feature with your lock screen. IOS 16 now allows you to select your favorite, photo, customize the font, and even set up more than one lock screen.
⦁ Live Activities- Another WWDC 2022 update that we like is Apple allows you to check real time events without even unlocking your device, makes things like checking on a food delivery much more convenient.
⦁ Control Your Notifications- We have all experienced notifications suddenly showing up on the top of your screen. In this recent update they will appear at the bottom of your screen. You can also set them to appear as a list, stacked, or even hidden depending on your preference.
⦁ Streamline It With Focus- Like the feature name: focus, you can simply select which apps and people you get notifications from. You can even set up a personal one or a work one too, and simply switch with a swipe. You can also set up widgets to show relevant information like: time zones, to-do lists, meetings, and more.
⦁ Messaging and Email- You can now edit messages and unsend them if needed. This is a very handy feature should you mistype something or if you need to add something to a message or an email.
⦁ Apple Pay Later- Great news for Apple pay users, you can now split your payments into four installments over six weeks, without interest charges.
⦁ Easier Photosharing — Share easily with family friends, based on start date or based on who is in the photo.
These are some of the features which we really like with Apple’s IOS 16 update, but we are sure there are more of them.
MAC OS Ventura and Ipad OS16- Experience even more efficiency with these OS updates. Some of the basic updates are already found above but we will mention a few specific ones that we find particularly compelling.
⦁ Stage Manager- Organizes your apps in single view for easier multi-tasking.
⦁ Facetime- On a Facetime call but running out of battery? Simply switch your call to another Apple device. Easy and convenient.
Apple watchOS9- Not only do you get more watch faces for aesthetics and will be sure to make your watch look amazing. The Apple watchOS9 update also comes with a complete fitness app which even monitors your sleep and a lot more. The Apple watch medications app also makes tracking your medicines a whole lot easier.
Macbook Pro13- WIth up to 20 hours of battery life and powered by the M2 chip, this compact laptop will deliver supreme performance. It also has a cooling system to ensure it can sustain it’s performance. Just to give you a quick idea, the M2 chip has an 8-core CPU and a 10-core GPU and 24 GB of memory. This will be out next month.
