The real estate industry is considered to be conservative and often a laggard in terms of digitisation. But in recent times, a rapid development could be observed: more and more property and real estate companies are recognizing the opportunities offered by digital solutions, while at the same time completely new players are putting the established ones under pressure with innovative approaches and business models, re-sorting the traditional value chain.

In order to discuss the influence of current technologies and trends on the real estate industry by means of very concrete examples and to filter out approaches with real added value, we have partnered with Tishman Speyer for an exclusive afternoon event on October 23rd in Frankfurt. The event will feature prominent industry experts including representatives from big corporates, investors and start-ups.

Questions to be discussed include:

  • How can Augmented/Virtual Reality become part of the planning or marketing process?
  • How can artificial intelligence be used to add value?
  • What does the Internet of Things mean for facility management?
  • What role do enabling platforms play in financing or administration?

Participants will learn more about the most important trends and developments in the real estate environment in a combination of short impulse lectures, focused discussions and “breakout sessions” and get to know the creative minds of the future. We’ll be kicking off at 15:30 and will round off the day with some drinks and food in the evening and enough time to continue discussions and to network in an informal setting.

Of course, we will also explain our own perspective on the property and real estate tech market, i.e. detailing the VC’s point of view.

Sounds interesting? Then apply for a ticket to this invite-only event by writing an email to events(at)creathor.com outlining briefly why you should be accepted to this invite-only event.
