Our industry leader, Thomas Reibke, speaking about facilitation and change processes.

Our first week began with our industry leader, Thomas Reibke of Below the Surface. He introduced the module, ‘Creating Digital Futures’.

“Clients do not need a new website or an app! They need to stay relevant to people, by responding to changes in the world around them.”

He shared the concept of looking at organizations as eco-systems and that their process and behaviours can have unpredictable effects. We looked deeper into team culture, past the ping pong tables and after work beers, and how the real culture of a team is a collective of their values, beliefs and actions. We talked about important aspects of facilitation, co-creation and strategies for implementing change.

The rest of the week was filled with brilliant speakers. We listened to Micke Ahlström, from Britny talk to us about business strategy, Gunvor Bottheim and Ole Martin Kristiansen from Bakken & Bæck held a prototype workshop with us around future technology and shared ways of creating great team culture. Olle Svensson from Co:LabX held a workshop with us about innovation strategy, and Mark Comerford, an educator on structural communication, talked to us about change management, what is digital?, and creating and utilizing the right networks.

Olle Svensson from Co:LabX talking Innovation Stategy.

During these next eight weeks we are looking forward to using all of our learnings and tools to help our clients be adaptive and suceed in a world where technology is changing everything.

Our closing (barefoot) speaker, Mark Comerford, during our full week of lectures about strategy, organizational processes, and change management.
