Where do you want to go?
In order to get to know our client better, we held a Strategic Vision workshop with twelve of their employees from different departments.
We designed and curated a process that would allow us to gain their perspectives of how the company operated today and how they see themselves operating in five years. We also asked them what they see as their biggest opportunities and challenges in reaching those goals, and what their strongest values are within the company.
The workshop began with a check in to get everyone aligned. We presented an IDOARRT to let the participants know the agenda for the afternoon. We then began with a popcorn style session of having the employees answer the categories with any ideas that came to mind and build upon or discuss the ideas as they came up. We had a break and fun energizer in the middle and ended the session with a check out.
The workshop was fun and we all got to know each other a bit better. We are one step closer to finding the right questions that need to be asked in order to help our client innovate and adapt.
