36Days of Type
“36 days of type” is a Reflektor Digital’s project released in spring 2019; the creative agency asked all the members of its development team to create different representation of numbers and letters by using different coding techniques.
It’s possible to navigate into the website and have a look of the different numbers and letters, created mostly with the use of JavaScript and p5.js library.
This can be considered a perfect example of the use of creative coding for creative typography.
It’s also possible to notice various examples of letters created with codes seen during the “Creative Coding” course until now: letter A, letter D (similar to sine and cosine function), letter F (referred to the noise function code) letter O, letter S (similar to the code ‘momentum wheel’ by Kyle Phillips) and numbers such as 0, 4, 6, 7 and 8.
