Girls Tripping!

Best friends are priceless!

With Spring officially coming to a close including temps in the high 90’s, it feels like it’s been over for awhile now it’s time for a vacation. You”re feeling antsy about mid-year reviews, the kids are out of school and officially passed to the next grade. It’s time to dig-up those maxi dresses and sandals, and with scorching temperatures you’re dreaming of sunbathing on a beach. Go ahead and plan that well- deserve vacay, but the important thing besides where to go is the guest list.

You could take your bae, which is always fun, but if he’s going and paying (at least we hope) then his opinion matters. If you have kids, decide if you want them to tag along. Bringing your kids can drive- up costs and make you second choose a different destination, but you still deserve a trip! My suggestion is take a Girls Trip!

I know many women whom haven’t been on girl’s trip for various reasons. I get it, it’s difficult to find good girlfriends whom you can travel with, and when you do find them, planning a trip isn’t easy. Between budgets, bills, and living life, it’s a task. But if you do have girlfriends or ladies from church, plan a trip, even if it’s a mini getaway.

4 reasons you should take a girls trip

  1. Bonding
Hanging our with your best girlfriends creates experiences I can’t begin to describe. Conversations with your girlfriends about men, work, and even gossip allows you to bond on various levels. You can listen to one another, empower and encourage and offer advice. You be surprised some of the same things you all have experienced and how you can help one another.

Even if it’s not this summer, try to take a girls trip annually. It’s good not only for you but for the friendship as well!
