Beautiful Architecture to inspire your entrepreneurial career.

If you need a push to get off your ass and get motivated, This might be it.

Preface

Over the summer (2013) I was working as an intern at Irish Architecture & Engineering giant PM Group and found myself getting inspired by architecture.

At the end of the day what inspires me is having a beautiful home, car, wife, job & kids to settle down to in the San Francisco bay area, I think thats kind of the paradigm dream for all budding tech entrepreneurs these days. What has always worked for me is to visualise your success, So let the following photos inspire you to keep doing what you love doing.

H3 In Athens Greece

This private house of a total 1000m2 is located on a plot of land of 7000m2. The house was designed in order to give the sense of hovering over the water and sailing, inspired by the owners love for yachts.

The bioclimatic design of the residence, the cooling feeling of the house through the contact of water and the use of sun and the geothermic energy are consistent in developing a highly dynamic and modern but also eco friendly design.

Modern Russian Hill Home In San Francisco, California

San Francisco is leaving us once again breathless. Not only this beautiful modern home that we bring you today, has stunning panoramic views, but is also designed simple which makes it even more unique and amazing. Take a look if you are interested what it looks like! This beautiful Russian Hill home, is an example of well designed but also livable contemporary spaces. It is a four-story home with a transitional two-story glass-walled entry hall which draws users to an airy and open living level.

OpenHouse in Hollywood Hills, California.

The Openhouse is embedded into a narrow and sharply sloping property in the Hollywood Hills, a challenging site that led to the creation of a house that is both integrated into the landscape and open to the city below. Retaining walls are configured to extend the first floor living level into the hillside and to create a garden terrace for the second level. Steel beams set into the retaining walls perpendicular to the hillside are cantilevered off structural shear walls at the front of the site.

I hope to update this post as a series as I discover more inspiring architecture.
