Today I invite you to consider an experiment with the opposite of what you may be gearing up to do for the week…
First, read or listen to this 3-minute story, Relax for the Same Result, by Derek Sivers, one of my all-time favorite creative entrepreneurs and thinkers.
Then, spend 5–10 minutes reflecting or journaling on the following:

- Where in your life or work do you feel you are working too hard?
