Bath Time Improved My Body-Image.

There is nothing better than knowing this is my body.

What I did

I hated my body many years ago. I hated it’s shape with a vengeance, and would I go out of my way to ensure that nobody could see an inch of my skin.

My tummy is apple shaped, and not firm or as fit. I have had several children and two c-sections…
