Changing Bed Sheets.
How often do you change yours?
I hate doing laundry.
I find it boring and repetitive, and I hate hanging sheets on the clothesline to dry.
I do get some satisfaction from washing my Bed Sheets though.
I love the smell of freshly washed sheets, and I love the way they lull me into a peaceful night’s sleep.
However; the big question for me is how often do you wash your Bed Sheets?
I usually wash mine every two days because if I don’t, I find my bed becomes too warm and uncomfortable leading to a lack of sleep. I also find that if I don’t wash them often enough, I end up with a bad cough or a blocked nose, and I spend all night sneezing and unable to breathe.
When you don’t change your bed- sheets often enough, not only do they collect body sweat, but they also collect dust particles and dead skin cells which can aggravate allergies.
I suffer from multiple allergies, therefore for me; changing Bed Sheets is an important part of my cleaning routine.
When we have had a hard day, or we have been ill; it is all too easy to want to curl up into bed and not bother changing it.
