Happy hour
Poem
Happy hour, a time of cheer
A time to let go, a time to be near
With friends and colleagues, we raise a glass
And forget about the troubles that pass
The clinking of glasses, the chatter of tongues
The laughter that echoes, the joy that it brings
We talk of the past and make plans for the future
With each sip, our spirits begin to nurture
The worries of the day, they start to fade
As we let ourselves be merry and unafraid
For this is a time when all is right
When we come together to laugh and to brighten
Happy hour, a time of delight
A time to enjoy, with all our might
So let’s raise a glass, and make a toast
To the joys of the present and the memories to boast.
