To be in sync
Is the harmony of soul!

Some may say
it is boring
Some may contemplate
It can be tried
Some may brush it off
It is not possible

Those who try say
Yes that is the way!
Peace of mind
Is not a joke!

Practicing the sync
Helps to walk without mask
Boosts the gratitude
Presents clarity to connect.

Love all
Cherish all
What a beautiful mind
Wisdom is one of its kind.
