It’s Time The Spotlight Fell On The Devoted Book

I don’t have time for invisible books when there are so many real books to read.

That’s really what electronic books are when you think about them... invisible. At the end of the day, all you need is to be confronted by a corrupted file, and in the blink of an eye, poof, that story has disappeared into instant star dust.

Yes, I really did say ‘poof!’

I first heard my wife used it way back in 1998, and it’s kind of stuck all this time!

Yet, an actually real paperback or a hardback book is far more tangible for lovers of them, and they are hard to move away from them too.

So,

I recently came across an article (albeit really short) but it got me thinking about the future of humanity, as it is now, and how technology is changing the way we continue along our journey of life on Earth.

What got me thinking was this piece that came up on Microsoft Start, when I turned on my laptop today, from ‘StarInsider,’ posing this question:
