What do you think about the health app right now?

“An app is successful when it becomes an integral part of someone’s daily life.”

Mike Krieger

The quote certainly becomes quite a thought-provoking and momentous one, when you consider just a couple of the current apps on the market today, which help to bridge the gap between your Doctor’s examination room, and the surgery waiting rooms.

If you are reading this and you own an iPhone, then it goes without saying that you will obviously aware of one of these- and that’s the in-built ‘health app.’

If you own an iPhone, then you are most likely to have tested your own pulse, respiration rate, a few times already?

This app also goes a long way to helping you keep track of your running exercises too, by monitoring those measurements as just mentioned, but by also recording how far you have gone running, and how long it took you too. Which for me, was a great little tool back in the days when I physically well, and used to run distances every other day.
