Validation, a feeling so divine,
A warm embrace that makes us shine,
A simple word yet holds so much weight,
A confirmation of worth, that we truly debate.
We search for it in the eyes of those we love,
A nod, a smile, a push from above,
A reassurance that we’re on the right track,
That our actions are good, and there’s no looking back.
But validation should come from within,
A belief in oneself that cannot bend,
A knowledge that you’re enough, just as you are,
A self-love that shines, like a guiding star.
So don’t seek validation from others’ hands,
For their opinions are fleeting, like shifting sands,
Look within yourself, and you’ll surely find,
The validation you need, peace of mind.
For validation is not a destination,
It’s a journey of self-discovery and celebration,
So embrace your worth, and hold your head high,
For validation is yours, under the sky.
