What is Mindfulness through Nature’s Point of View, Just Sense it!

Being in your garden, out in the countryside, or maybe down on the beach. Just take some time out to have a look at the beauty that is all around you. You might be surprised to find it is more enjoyable & restful for your own mental health.

I hope that this article provides some support and ideas to those not already using Mindfulness in their daily lives. I have been a Registered Mental Nurse since 1992 when qualifying and have used these skills effectively whilst caring for those within my caseload at work, and in more recent times since I became physically disabled & no longer able to work now.

To begin with, Mindfulness is your own ability to home in & focus on your own personal awareness of the present moment that is happening around you, while being able to calmly acknowledge and accept both your thoughts & feelings alongside just how your own body is both feeling & reacting.
