At Creative Software we look for people with the ability to learn, understand and quickly adapt to the fast-changing IT landscape. We also look for people who fit our informal and friendly company culture. So, at your job interview at Creative, these are the things we will be focusing on:

1. Your ability to understand the underlying concepts

Are you a ‘girava’ or do you learn to understand how things work?

We look for your ability to understand the underlying concepts of theories and practices, and how these fit into a greater picture.

2. Passion

You will be spending nine hours a day doing a job. If you LOVE what you do, you will invest yourself in it fully and have the curiosity to learn more constantly — these are the core requirements for growth and happiness at workplace.

3. The ‘puluan’ attitude

A job is like a workbook with hundreds of questions, thousands of answers and no solutions printed on the back.

Sounds scary? Not if you have the right attitude.

The key to completing this workbook successfully is to have the “can-do” approach. Embrace the challenge! Be tenacious. And challenges will no longer scare you — they will excite you.

4. Communication skills

We work with international leaders in various sectors. These clients expect impeccable performance and timely delivery. #NoPressure

To live up to our high standards, you have to be able to listen carefully, understand the requirement, ask questions when in doubt and provide your input during any meeting be it a simple team brainstorming session or a meeting with the client company’s CTO.
