Few months ago I was writing stories on Medium like my life depended on it. I still do. I decided to take my writing seriously — as a business or a second job, not as a hobby or a side hustle. Something you have to do, not something that’s nice to have.

I did build some solid content with decent engagement, but I wasn’t doing anything to build real assets — email subscribers. I knew I needed an email list, but I had no idea what to offer as a lead magnet.
