Einstein’s Creative Genius & lessons learnt

I recently spoke with Vikram, a talented young commercial strategist working at a top consultancy. He lamented that while his analytical skills are strong, he feels lacking in creativity. Vikram associated creativity solely with artistic pursuits — writing, painting, filmmaking. He saw himself as more of a rational, data-driven thinker guiding clients on business analytics. Commercial strategy seemed distant from imaginative genius.
