In awe of your elegance

He stands on the edge
Shoulders hunched
Gazing into the distance,
Alone, solitary, at peace,
Lean and grey,
Do not mistake his form for frailty
An expert in his field,
Whilst other sorts, busy themselves around him
He stands patiently,
Watching,
Waiting…
