Rajesh, was machst du an einem freien Tag?
Auch in meiner Freizeit liebe ich es Technologie-Blogs zu lesen. Insbesondere jene Artikel die mir während der Arbeitszeit begegnet sind und ich noch keine Zeit hatte diese zu lesen. So bin ich immer auf dem neusten Stand!
Ansonsten lege ich während eines freien Tages sehr viel Wert auf Zeit mit meiner Familie und nehme wöchentlich einige neue YouTube Videos für meinen Kanal „Cookievagabond“ auf.

Was verbinden Sie mit Digitalisierung?
Als DevOps liebe ich es, das zu tun, was ich am besten kann: automatisieren.

Die Finanzindustrie befindet sich in einer revolutionären und und schnellebigen Phase, in der Menschen jedoch immernoch manuelle Tätigkeiten durchführen müssen. Aus diesem Grund bin ich bei creditshelf. Ich automatisiere und vereinfache Prozesse für unsere Kunden, sodass diese einfach und schnell von unseren innovativen Produkten profitieren können. Hier gewinnen aber nicht nur unsere Kunden, sondern auch wir — denn so haben wir mehr Zeit an innovativen Ideen und Algorithmen zu arbeiten.

Rajesh, what do you do on a day off?
I love to read technology blogs and try to find out time to read my recent bookmarked article, which I might have bookmarked during my commutation to office. This make me updated and aligned with industry. Moreover, at the same time I make sure to have quality time with family during day off and record some weekly youtube videos for my channel “Cookievagabond”.
What belongs to your MUST HAVEs and NO GOs?
MUST HAVE:
· Work life balance
· Working toward goals from minor to major concrete line with minimal adhock
· Passion about what you do in your day to day professional life
· I am working with cross functional team to it’s nice to have HRT (Humility, Respect And Trust)
NO GO:
· Reluctant to give idea in the team meeting
· Manual operation in IT
· Discussion without action points
· Miscommunication in and out team
· Compromise with security of infrastructure and data
What do you associate with digitization?
As a DevOps I love to do what I can do best and automate the rest.

Finance industry is in revolutionary phase and somewhere people, still using manual operations. So, here I am in creditshelf to support our simple system to automate and digitaliize every single process to speedup our SME landing flow. Which give us more time to work on innovative ideas and algorithms.
