Linn De Borger — Junior product designer — Antwerp

Reflecting on the past year, could you share a standout achievement that you’re particularly proud of?
We’ve been working on the investor portfolio page for a long time, and it’s awesome to see it finally come to life. I’m particularly proud of the process that led us to the current result. We took our time to really understand our user’s needs and to challenge ourselves, resulting in a very well-thought-through product that brings a lot of value to our users.

What is your favorite part of working for the company?
My favorite part of working at Credix is, for sure, the fact that I’m surrounded by incredibly talented individuals who continually motivate me to learn and grow. And also the easygoing and open atmosphere. I’ve felt at ease from the moment I first walked into the Credix office, and that has never been otherwise since.

If you could offer a piece of advice to your future self one year from now, what would it be?
Take a moment to pause and look back on the past year, both in terms of personal achievements and the things we accomplished as a team.
When I think about it, it’s crazy to realize just how much we’ve achieved in such a short amount of time. We don’t reflect on it too often since we are always focused on the next challenge, but I think it’s important to acknowledge and take pride in our successes.

What’s your favorite merchandise item?
That must be the wallet. I love how it’s so compact and practical. I would not be lying if I said it has made my life easier.
