TLDR; if you are an accredited investor in your local jurisdiction you can now onboard onto the Credix platform, pass KYC and invest in the liquidity pool.

Enabling access to debt opportunities

Credix is a next generation, global debt capital market platform, with the goal to democratize access to credit opportunities in emerging markets. Today marks a new step in the process of providing more people access to this type of higher yielding credit deals that up to today were mainly restricted to credit and hedge funds.

Whilst the structuring and the underwriting is still done by the underwriters, i.e. specialized credit funds financing the subordinated tranche of the deal, there is a big opportunity for other type of investors to participate in the senior tranche of the deals that these funds underwrite, thus less risky but still yielding today about 12% APY.

Therefore, as of today, Credix is allowing accredited and high networth individuals to digitally onboard and start investing in the senior liquidity pool!

Liquidity providers are protected by various buffer tranches

Given the nature of the business and the strong compliance and regulations requirements, especially when bridging web3 with the real economy, our platform requires identity verification and accreditation of all involved actors. Aiming at minimizing the onboarding friction, we partnered up with Securitize, who offer a digital KYC/B onboarding that we can easily leverage with Credix. Thanks to this partnership, accredited investors can now be onboarded in 24h and business in about 3 days!

How does this work?

Step 1: Go to the Credix app here

Step 2: Connect your Phantom wallet. If you don’t have one, download it here. Important: send USDC-SPL to your Phantom wallet. We use the Solana network.

Step 3: You will be prompted with a KYC message which will take you to Securitize’s onboarding platform. Fill out your details + accreditation

Step 4: Accept the terms of use, and you will be whitelisted on-chain

Step 5: Fill out the number of USDC you want to deposit in the Credix liquidity pool, select invest and sign the transaction. You are now officially a Credix liquidity provider! In return, you will receive Credix LP tokens in your wallet, representing your participation in the pool

Fill out the amount of USDC you want to invest and select “Invest”
