India has been offered with a wide variety of bikes; feature full, thought over and practical. But sometimes manufacturers forget one key feature, Styling & ended up creating some of the ugliest bikes, ever.

Looks of the bike should be in the top priorities while the manufactures are in the initial steps of bike development. And some times over doing the product ruins the style as well. We’ve got a few not so good looking bikes in the past, and some of them are available till date.

Kinetic Hyosung Laser GF 170

Kinetic Hyosung Laser GF 170

A premium segment bike with sports characteristics and specification Laser was a Kinetic’s big leap in the segment. While they tried to flatter their target audience with the stance and looks, it seemed a very odd combination of a daily ridden and a sports bike. With its semi fairing and twin headlight setup the odd combination of having an upright handle bar, a very weirdly shaped leg guard and spoke rims didn’t help it stay away from the ugliest bikes list.

Yamaha Libero

Yamaha Libero

This 100cc motorcycle, produced just about 7.5 PS which was about right for its time. It was one horrifying motorcycle to look at, with its oddly shaped headlight and a not so comfortable riding stance. The headlight seemed like the bike had suffered from a crash, even when it was new. The endorsement of the bike was done in the movie ‘RUN’ which still wasn’t helpful for the success of the sales. Within 2 years Libero underwent face uplift, and got better to look at but still, can’t be spared being called one of the ugliest bikes!

Yamaha Enticer

Yamaha Enticer

This just had to make it to the ugliest bikes’ list! This failed attempt of Yamaha was its attempt to fight against Kawasaki’s Eliminator. Enticer wasn’t an appealing motorcycle and not a pretty ride to look at as well. In terms of design, the bike had an oddly tall handle bar with a flow in the design to make it attractive; which back-fired. The design made many see through cavities in the bike making the engine and the chassis visible. It was taken off the assembly line by the year 2003; Thank God.

Suzuki Inazuma

Suzuki Inazuma

250 cc parallel twin cylinder motorcycle, one of the biggest cc bike available to us, did not farewell much for Suzuki’s sales. More than it being priced meaninglessly high, it was also terrible to look at with its 3 spoke alloy, strangely shaped headlight, very weird mudguard and a wide body. It did get individual exhaust to add to the looks, but it only made the bike look heavy and wider. This bike is a no-brainer to be on our list of ugliest bikes of all times.

Hero Karizma R

Hero Karizma R

A semi faired motorcycle which is far behind in terms of updates and upgrades apparently is still further behind in terms of styling. Twin beam headlight set up, colored shock absorbers and a long wheel base makes the bike a little stand out of the crowd, but in the wrong manner. Karizma R can make you ugly and slow at the same time.
