This week in events is like a Southern California winter — short and practically nonexistent. How can I freeze the day without snow or events? It’s snow laughing matter, okay. It’s “colder” than my soul out here aka a solid 72 degrees (*my soul sits at roughly 77 degrees). There, I hope that makes up for my lack of winter jokes in previous posts.

And now, the events this week! So sit back, open up your calendars and let’s get planning!

Our first event of the week, or should I say events, is the Grow with Salesforce series! This series is a total of 7 events starting on Tuesday, March 2nd and continuing through Wednesday, March 10th. For those of us who reside in North America, we will get to hear from sales and industry leaders pertaining to our continent! Each session is hosted by the Partner Sales team, will have a Q&A session, sales organization update, and an industry overview with a Salesforce POV (not to be confused with Ariana Grande’s POV).

On Tuesday, March 2nd we have two events: the first, Grow with Communication, Media & Tech at 10am (PST) and the second, Growing with Marketing Cloud, at 12pm (PST). Then on Wednesday, March 3rd Grow with Retail, Consumer Goods & Commerce Cloud starts at 10am (PST). Finally, for this week Grow with Healthcare & Life Sciences starts at 9am (PST) and Grow with Enterprise — Energy, Utilities & Chemical starts at 11am (PST) on Thursday, March 4th. Stay tuned next week, when I will tell you when the final 2 Grow with Salesforce series events take place!

Speaking of the lack of winter, we are going to have a Deep Dive: Customer Success Group’s Spring ’21 Release on Wednesday, March 3rd. Starting at 9am (PST) 4 Salesforce Managers will kick off the event with Spring ’21 release tips, tricks, and best practices! Then they will talk about enchanted self-guided tools, new assurance service offerings, the new and improved Success Plans, and many more tools, resources and expert services. If you need help managing all of these new product changes from Salesforce then you should sign up!

Then on Thursday, March 4th at 9am (PST) Salesforce is hosting Introducing Einstein Recommendation Builder: Bring AI-Power Recommendations Into Every Workflow. In this seminar you will learn how to “improve business outcomes with access to real-time personalized recommendations” and “build intelligent recommendations fast using point-and-click interface.” Additionally, by using a combination of business rules and machine learning, your users will make decisions faster by surfacing actionable recommendations.

Recap

Last week in 6 Global Trends From The New State of Service Salesforce talked about 6 trends and how this data is impacting the service industry, how customer service is breaking down silos, and how this is transforming the overall customer experience. Salesforce’s department of Small Business Demand Generation gave us 3 Foolproof Marketing Strategies That Work on a Limited Budget to help you put together a strategy to have high impact campaigns on your budget and the importance of understanding and reporting your money designated for marketing. We had a B2B Marketing/ Pardot User Group Virtual Happy Hour to discuss everything marketing and to get help with any questions or issues you may have.

The Salesforce Women in Tech group from Phoenix, AZ hosted Financial Health Questions for Women to talk about basic financial topics from a women’s point of view. We learn how to unlock experiences with Omnichannel Inventory, how to drive efficiency with Distributed Order Management, and create that customer experience with the buy button in How to View Inventory Across Your Network and Fulfill from Anywhere with Salesforce Order Management. Finally, we ended the week with a nice coffee break in Salesforce Virtual Coffee Meet Up. Tweet us @mkpartners and let us know what your favorite event was!

Also, make sure to let us know if you think there are any events worth mentioning and what event you are excited about this upcoming week. And, as always, we will see you in the cloud.
