As we continue our countdown to the Salesforce Spring ’21 Release, we’re back with another round of release highlights; the series where we pore over the release notes and collect our favorite new features, upgrades, and updates hitting orgs everywhere this spring!

Today we’re taking a look at a useful new way to incorporate Salesforce Surveys: within a flow!

Starting this spring, admins will be able to schedule surveys, using a flow, to be sent out to at various intervals to participants in order to gather timely feedback at whatever step in the process they desire! We’re also getting the ability to target specific participants, automate survey reminders to make sure no one misses an opportunity to be heard, and verify which participants should be invited again (super useful when you’ve identified your organization’s most valuable voices).

Surveys will now have their own tab under the Action element in Flow Builder, making it simple to add a survey action to existing or new processes.

It’s not the only update coming to Salesforce Surveys this spring, but it’s certainly one of the most exciting and we’re eager to see how admins everywhere will incorporate the new avenue for feedback into their org’s regular operations!

There’s still a month before Spring ’21 is live for everyone, so be sure to stay tuned here for more release highlights as we get closer to launch. And, if you’d like to have a more personalized chat about how the changes will affect your org or how your business might be able to leverage new functionality to achieve your 2021 goals, drop us a line! We’re always happy to help.

Until next time, keep working hard, smart, and happy. We’ll see you in the cloud.
