Summer ’21 Release Highlights: The Module!

Today’s May 7th and, if you’ve been following along on our Salesforce Summer ’21 Release calendar, you’ll know that means Release Highlights have officially hit Trailhead!

The Summer ’21 module is now live on the same handy tool that’s been helping Trailblazers get up to speed (and stay up to date) for years. There’s ten, short content packs and quizzes that culminate in the limited time Summer ’21 Trailhead badge to show off, so don’t wait around.

Highlights include:

Sales Cloud’s new Pipeline Inspection designed to make maintaining pipeline health easier and give teams the tools they need to always be improving.

Service Cloud’s Work Plans giving org’s the ability to ensure quality and consistency, even across a mobile or remote provider-force.

And Content Scheduler which will help teams curate, share, and publish exactly when and where they want to, all without leaving Salesforce!

Best of all, the modules themselves are packed with video examples so, even if you haven’t yet spun up your preview org, you’ll be able to get a sense of exactly how each new feature will look and feel, before it hits production in June! (And they’re definitely a bit more fun than reading release notes).
