CRIBZ has rolled out a new feature on its sales intelligence platform called Priority Scoring. We take an online lead from any lead source (real estate portal, social media, agent websites) and automatically enrich it with up to 100 additional data points. We then use those data points to determine the Priority Scoring of each lead.
Agents and real estate developers can then use our scoring system to improve their sales conversion rates. allocate leads to the right team member, build custom automation sequences, customise their inbound marketing spend and monitor trends within the lead data to build the best possible script.

How we measure and prioritise leads
When we built CRIBZ, we decided to work with the best data providers in the world. We designed our matching algorithm with quality in mind. Now that we are able to pull in high quality, publically available data, our AI capabilities are starting to take shape.
Priority Scoring is built on the BANT sales framework. The key elements of BANT are Budget, Authority, Need and Timing. BANT was originally developed by IBM and provides a complete, end-to-end framework for qualifying leads in the sales process.
We use our 100 data points to determine BANT metrics and then immediately translate this into a Priority Scoring of 1, 2 or 3 — with Priority 1 being the highest priority leads.
Not a black box approach
Give our team experience in the real estate space, we’ve designed the CRIBZ scoring system especially for online real estate leads. For example, we know that a lead from real estate portals is 3x more likely to convert than a lead from Google Adwords to a real estate development landing page.
