For many years, hackers have continued to prove that nothing is sacred to them. Their latest endeavors? Changing the banners and icons of random Miiverse communities. The hack was performed by resident Miiverse hacker PF2M, who was already known for creating a 3DS homebrew app that lets users upload custom images to Miiverse, as well as helping another hacker known as Arian to take over the announcement community.

As of 5:44 PM EST, the description has been changed to “I’m working on it!” followed by Arian’s signature.

One of the communities affected, the New Super Luigi U community, was accidentally locked by PF2M, blocking posts and comments entirely. He shrugged off the problem and told users to go to Panama Club; a sub-community of Wii Sports Club; instead while he tries to fix it. But he also changed the icon, banner, title and (from Arian) description of Panama Club.

Posting in the New Super Luigi U community has now been re-enabled, and Miiverse, for the most part, is back to normal, with Arian attempting to reverse the damage done to the New Super Luigi U community.
