Kevin Foster was the king of the outcasts. Growing up in Fort Myers, Florida, he was known to be erratic and a bit of a wildcard. His mother Ruby Foster owned a pawn shop and the two bonded over their love of guns.

Foster acquired a friend group full of misguided kids who lacked confidence. Most of them fell in line and followed their leader. Foster was crazy and wanted to be feared. When he dropped out of high school he had more time to plot. More time to dream of criminal activities.

Pete Magnotti, Chris Black, Derek Shields, and Chris Burnett made up the core of their crew they dubbed the “Lords of Chaos.” Foster wanted to stop fantasizing and make his dreams a reality.

Crime Spree

After figuring out what they would call the group they started working on their nicknames. Foster decided on a nickname that encompassed his role in the Lords of Chaos. He was “God.”

So on April 12, 1996, they made a manifesto.
