Yuki Onishi went missing while searching for bamboo shoots on Greenery Day in Japan in 2005. More than 3000 officers searched but found nothing. An unclear investigation and the weird behaviour of the tracking dogs make this case more mysterious.
Goshikidai, Kagawa Prefecture
Located on the island of Shikoku, Kagawa Prefecture (香川県, Kagawa-ken) is the smallest prefecture in Japan. Kagawa is well known for its udon noodles, named after the prefecture’s old name Sanuki. The prefectural capital is Takamatsu. Goshikidai, west of Takamatsu city, is an extensive lava plateau known for its picturesque scenery. This is a mountain that protrudes out into the Setouchi coast, located in Kagawa prefecture. The name originates from a Chinese legend, and five mountains are named after the colours red, yellow, blue, black and white, hence the name “Go-iro” which means “5 colours”.
