July 15, 2013. Hartford, Wisconsin: When Jessie Blodgett walked into her house after a cast party, Buck and Joy- Jessie’s parents, instinctively knew something was wrong.
Jessie was usually a bundle of positive energy, a gifted musician with a passion for drama. She exuded happiness and always wore a bright smile. But on that day, her shoulders were drooping.
“What happened? Did something go wrong at the party?” the parents enquired.
