So, we’ve been trying out a new thing, and that thing has been shooting a TV show for Shaw TV here in Winnipeg while we record the podcast.

The awesome part about it is that we have video to go along with our voices (which may or may not be a benefit), but also that we have better audio equipment and a bit more structure to how we put the podcast together.

We’re still working out the kinks, but we just shot and recorded the second episode, and things are feeling better and better.

There is also a new home for all of our podcast episodes!

You can find them here, on CriticalHit.tv, and subscribe and find full archives at podcast.CriticalHit.tv.

Everything is hosted on Simplecast, and they’re an amazing podcast host, with great stats, service, and a transparent roadmap. Super easy to use to. They didn’t even ask us to be this pumped about their service, it’s just simple ;)

So, please enjoy this episode, where the team goes deep with the Nintendo Switch, talks about what challenges you might have introducing video games to kids, and if the Xbox Game Pass is good value or not.
