CRM Bot is a new conversational AI platform, aiming to become a tool of choice for any organisation using Microsoft Dynamics / Power Platform eco-system.

The recent development in the field of Conversational AI has certainly captured the attention of the public and the business world. Equally, it unleashed a variety of fears related to chatbots in business. No doubt, the first steps into the unknown for a lot of organisations have been rocky, so far.

It’s clear that there is still a lot of uncertainty in this area due to a number of examples confirming that the initial success of conversational agents has been vanquished by the complexity and challenges regarding both technical and functional implementation. Chatbots are consequently losing the attention and engagement of potential users, relatively soon after their birth.

Chatbots are failing the customer expectations. Why?

What are the main concerns and obstacles to be handled from day 1?

  • The cost — Most of the chatbots require a financial investment which for a lot of companies feels like a gamble, because “what if it doesn’t work?”
  • “It’s new, hence it’s scary” — When introducing a new customer facing platform, the organisations are essentially risking their brand reputation without a clear return on their investment. In the interconnected world, sailing into the unknown seas has never been more dangerous.

CRM Bot offer a “not another chatbot” experience, by utilising a cutting-edge Natural Language Understanding capabilities and redefining the chatbot building experience from the grounds up. The aim behind the vision is to alleviate the aforementioned fears with the simple, fully managed implementation process and plethora of built-in features, ultimately de-risking the entire process.

Build amazing customer journeys from the get go!

No code — no problem

The simplicity and accessibility were the two biggest challenges and simultaneously the most pressing issues to resolve for the CRM Bot team. The most significant change to the status quo and an unique advantage of CRM Bot is the “anybody can do it” nature of the entire process.

CRM Bot allows the user to design, build and deploy the conversational agent directly from Dynamics 365 / CDS environment, eliminating the necessity of learning new platforms or any coding skills.

CRM Bot allows companies to easily separate the chatbot building process into two phases (which can and should be owned by different business “owners”):

  • The functional linguistic build of a conversation structure –writing the flow of the conversation, managing intents, training phrases, contexts and events. This work should be undertaken by functional analyst or somebody who is quite close to the customer experience side of the table. This is done without leaving your CDS/D365 CRM system!
  • The “technical” (still no code, promise!) execution / “intelligence” of a chatbot — fulfilment. This fundamentally is about making the chatbot do things, not just talk about doing them. Reservations, payments, cancellations, bookings, finding information, creation/editing/deletion of records, authentication — all those processes are handled easily within Power Automate and require very little initial technical knowledge investment.

How to get involved

Getting started with a chatbot using CRM Bot could not be simpler. Firstly, the clients are invited to a consultancy session where the unique needs of the user’s requirements are the ultimate priority. Each industry has different needs and CRM Bot adapts to those including aspects such as customer journey, chosen distribution channels and required integrations / enhancements.

The consultation is then followed by a 7-day FREE prototype building phase. This is typically done on a client’s CDS environment. The aim here is to eliminate the initial risky investment — companies will benefit from having a custom-built prototype that aligns perfectly to their needs which represents a huge value added.

The final step is the knowledge transfer, training & client onboarding. This way, CRM Bot ensure the organisation gets familiar with the platform in risk-free, value-added and ultimately extremely simple fashion. On top of that, by getting a prototype built in your Dev environment the business users can immediately take advantage of the given functionality and make a dream the reality, so much faster.

The path to a successful Chatbot project is simpler (and quicker) than you might think.
