Crowd Genie and MC2 Solutions ink partnership for Asset Exchange
1, June, 2018: After completing a successful token generation event and raising USD5,500,000, through its related entity CGSPV Pte. Ltd., the revolutionary small business lending platform, Crowd-Genie has started building its momentum by establishing a strategic technology development partnership with MC2 Solutions (https://mc2solutions.pl/en/). The platform development, as outlined in the roadmap given in the Whitepaper at www.genieico.net, will set Crowd Genie up to expand regionally, and allow it to be the leader in tokenizing real-world assets, and making them tradeable on its Asset Exchange. MC2 Solutions is one of Europe’s top blockchain consultants, with three of their seasoned technology veterans coming on board to serve as Crowd-Genie’s technical advisors.

Ms Anna Strezynska, former Minister of Digital Affairs for Poland, and current Chairman of the Board for MC2 Solutions. She was a lawyer throughout her professional life where she was involved in managerial roles within the public and private sector. Most recently from 2015, 2018, she served as the Minister of Digital Affairs in the govenments of Beata Szydło and Mateusz Morawiecki, and was seated as the chairman of the Architecture Council and the Committee of the Council of Ministers for Digitization. Ms Anna’s impressive portfolio of awards and positions puts her in a complimentary position within our project, where we can expect to receive her visionary input on our project.

Mr Arek Szczebiot is currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at MC2 Solutions. He is a senior international IT leader with an extensive background in technology. Having built up 15 years of industrial experience with world class brands in healthcare and IT industries, Mr Arek Szczebiot served as the CTO in the Ministry of Digital Affairs in Poland from September 2016 to January 2018. His strategic mind and innate capability to execute complex programs to support global platforms certainly compliments Mr Akshay’s vision of building a global blockchain based asset management platform.

Mr Robert Kalbarczyk, Co-founder and Chief Operations Officer at MC2 Solutions. He is an experienced and season entrepreneur, co-founder of a blockchain development house, startup advisor and e-sport enthusiast. His past roles had him seated as member of boards for both business and non-profit organizations. Mr Robert’s leadership has lead transformations across the public, banking, IT, Telco, and Oil & Gas sectors.
With the newly established partnership, Crowd-Genie’s community can expect a regular stream of updates from Crowd-Genie’s CTO and MC2 Solutions with regards to the development of the platform and how blockchain technology would work in the overall ecosystem of the platform.
With the technology development partnership in place, Crowd-Genie is poised to be the first dAPP that would be operational in the real world, and possibly the first ever blockchain based asset management platform in the business world. This is a stark contrast to other ICOs that have failed to deliver on their technological and developmental promises.

Akshay , was in Poland facilitating a long discussion with the whole team from MC2 Solutions. The fruits of which are the developers from both sides identifying potential problems, constructing viable solutions, and having a stronger grasp on the architecture that is required to bring Akshay’s vision to life. MC2 Solutions gave substantial inputs on how blockchain would be playing an integral part in the overall exchange platform, and how the hybrid combination of public and permission blockchains will interplay with each other, and is also unique to Crowd-Genie’s solution.
This puts Crowd-Genie right on track on its developmental roadmap, with the aim of releasing a wire frame conceptualizing the process flow to be finalized within 8 weeks, and the alpha product to be published 4 weeks after.
