How to take care of mental health while being on Instagram

  1. Don’t follow the accounts that don’t make you feel good. Even if these are positive accounts. If they make you feel small, you don’t need them.
  2. Remove comments that bother you. You can and you should, it is your account.
  3. Block and mute hate. You don’t need it. You don’t need to deal with it.
  4. Amplify positivity. Share positive Stories, show your support for the right causes.
