MAP innovation prize winner!
For the past 6 months the CrowdSpot team was involved in the Melbourne Accelerator Program’s social impact accelerator called Social Velocity.
The program concluded a couple of weeks ago with a pitch night at LAB 14 within the University of Melbourne precinct. 8 fantastic teams were set the challenge give a 3 minute pitch to a 4 personal judging panel and packed out room.
We were thrilled to be announced the inaugural winner of the MAP Innovation Prize. This means that our three person (Anthony, Finn and Ben) team will be heading to Turin, Italy in July to compete at the European Innovation Academy (EIA). EIA is known as an ‘Extreme Entrepreneurship Program’, that aims to help businesses scale or take ideas to tech start-ups in 15 days. Exciting times ahead!
