The Malta Blockchain Summit is only two weeks away and the Crown Platform Core Team is ready to land the Blockchain Island with an unbeatable delegation composed of founders, business developers, advisors, core developers, and communications team.
Crown Platform will be exhibiting at Stand 196 of the partners hall. Founded in 2014 without pre-mine nor ICO and backed by a two tiered distributed node network with more than 3500 servers, Crown has since then been a decentralized community project. Aiming at long term self-sustainability through decentralized governance, the Crown blockchain has undergone continuous study and development and is close to releasing a MVP for eagerly awaited features that will enable individuals, businesses, and institutions to run various blockchain-powered functionalities on the Crown network.
Non-fungible tokens framework
Non-fungible (NF) tokens allow for registration of digitally representable unique assets onto the Crown blockchain. NF tokens can be used to tokenize any existing asset, from identity to physical property. Proof of ownership and inmutable asset registration are only some of the possibilities NFTs will offer to the user.
In order to prove the existence of the aboved explained assets, they will have to be timestamped onto the Crown blockchain. Timestamping is already functional and current development aims at creating an API environment that allows for the automation of the process, permitting SMEs and institutions to use this feature at commercial and professional scale.
The Crown Platform ecosystem has been designed to decentralize power structures and asign different roles to key actors in order to empower them for decision making. Agent registration thus extends the current structure of the Crown Decentralized Governance and allows for acceptance or rejection of registrants in order to achieve two main goals: honest network behaviour, and legal compliance.
Blockchain Business On-Boarding
Grasping the potentialities of blockchain technology remains one of the challenges for start-ups and young businesses, as well as traditional institutions seeking to decentralize their structures in order to be competitive, resilient, and transparent. As a community of early adopters, professionally schooled developers, and open cryptography enthusiasts, Crown Platform wants to easen this process and explore possibilities of implementing blockchain technology onto your project, business, and institution. Visit Crown Platform at stand 196 during the Malta Blockchain Summit on November 1–2, or join us at the community meetup on November 3rd to talk to a dedicated team willing to explore and establish new thriving partnerships.
Crown Community Meetup on Saturday, November 3rd
The Crown Platform project is a distributed, internet based network. We do not see the Internet and the real world as two separate realities. We see them as extensions of each other. That is why we like to meet in person and discuss the situation while bonding team and community as well as expanding our network. If the Crown Platform vision, goals, and technology has drawn your attention, we invite you to join us for discussion and drinks at dSpace³ on the afternoon of Saturday, November 3rd, to wrap up the Malta Blockchain Summit together!
Crown Foundation under ITAS / VFA jurisdiction
The launch of Crown Foundation under Maltese jurisdiction by members of the Crown Community is imminent and will be supported by the coming-into-force of the Virtual Financial Assets Act (VFA) and the Innovative Technology Arrangement and Services Act (ITAS) on November 1st 2018. The goal of the Crown Foundation is to support projects that are evaluating the use of blockchain technology and to guarantee an additional layer of legal protection for all parts involved.
See you in Malta!
