Regional communities — unlocked potential for Crown Platform blockchain
The Crown Platform Czech community recently released a video produced by 10 local contributors, they were inspired by their friends from Cuba who started this initiative.
The power of decentralisation
Decentralisation can have many forms. In a real community project such as Crown, it might be a good idea for local communities in their respective countries and regions to get together and interact. There are several active communities of Crown friends and partners throughout the world, we can name the Spanish, German, Czechoslovakian, UK, Ukrainian, Italian, Brazilian, US, Maltese and Cuban communities among some of the most active ones.
Imagine if contributors residing in these countries create their own use-cases which they share and inspire others. I recently saw a documentary about the greatest plane produced by humankind — The Concorde. I learned it was an initiative where two great European countries with different languages and cultures and historical rivals cooperated in an unprecedented way. Not many people believed it would be possible, that English and French can pull it together, yet they created something really unique demonstrating the real power of decentralisation.
A message from La Habana to Prague
Few months back, a few brave contributors from La Habana, Cuba sent a message to the Crown community. They produced a video and outlined their thinking about blockchain and Crown. This video had a strong impact and it inspired the local Czech community to follow up on this message. In a record time of one week, 10 local contributors met several times to produce a video for the local audience. Currently they are trying hard to spread it around the Czech Republic to as many people as possible.
Who is next?
The Czechs are passing to ball to the next community out there who might have a different use-case in mind and are ready to contribute to Crown. Maybe it can inspire local communities to record their own videos and share it in their countries.
Another idea is to produce a global video about Crown where anybody who wants to follow up, records a short message on their mobile (and their language with translation attached) and sends it to email@example.com, the Czechs are preparing to submit a proposal to produce a global video if enough material is received and feedback for this initiative is positive!
