Easy Ways for Seniors to Exercise
Who needs a gym when you can do these simple activities from your home?
The doctors are always telling you to move, stay in shape, and lose weight. For some older people, this is great advice, but for others, this can be very difficult.
But I have found a few easy ways to exercise. And what’s even better is you don’t even have to leave your home! Here are a few you might like to try.
Put your money where your mouth is
Better than eating potato chips, or another slab of pie
Put your foot in your mouth
If you can do this, you are more nimble than most. It’s important to stretch first.
Beat around the bush
Gardening is an excellent exercise, and with any luck, your plants will look fabulous.
Spill the beans
Have fun sweeping those up. Clean even strokes work best.
