Living a long and healthy life is a cherished goal for many! While there’s no guaranteed formula, research and experts agree on some key factors that can increase our chances of living a long and vital life

I popped this question to my doctor. He came up with a list of things I should and shouldn’t do. This was an eye-opener.

Here is the uncensored list:

  3. Don’t smoke: Tobacco use is a significant risk factor for premature aging and diseases.
  4. Moderate alcohol consumption: Excessive drinking can harm your health.
  5. Manage stress: Engage in stress-reducing activities like meditation, yoga, or deep breathing.
  6. Stay social: Build and maintain strong relationships with family and friends.
  7. Get enough sleep: Aim for seven to nine hours of restful sleep each night.
