The other day I almost dropped out of a hike I had signed up for. I tried to tell myself that I wouldn’t know anyone there.
Even if I didn’t know anyone, it was a hike — a chance for exercise with a group. If something happened, like falling or getting lost, there would be the group’s support to help me.
