This is an email from Crow's Feet: Life As We Age, a newsletter by Crow’s Feet.

Life as we age. It’s not all a bed of roses but, contrary to what we feared in our younger days, we can often find greater personal happiness as our hair turns gray.
That’s one of the messages that Crow’s Feet writers share.
Celebrating Women Writing Prompt
This week, we’re celebrating women during International Women’s Month. We offer a writing prompt to get your thoughts in motion about how women’s roles have changed in our lifetimes. Click here to read some of the stories celebrating women, from the singers of the sixties to Suze Orman to our mothers.
There’s still time to submit your piece celebrating women. We will post a new prompt next week.
Facebook Group
You may also want to join the new Crow’s Feet Group on Facebook. We’re open to new members and welcome your comments there about our stories about life as we age.
Writing Class
And don’t miss the first-ever free writing class to be taught by Cindy Heath, a Crow’s Feet/Medium writer who teaches writing as well. In this one-hour class, Cindy will provide a basic overview of how to effectively write for the Medium platform. You will learn how to create an effective headline and subtitle, the types of article formats that readers prefer on Medium, how writing for online reading differs from the essay writing you learned in school and get an easy-to-follow template to make your Medium writing easier.
The class will be held on March 23, 2022 at 4pm EST on Zoom. To register, please send your name to crowsfeet8@gmail.com.

And Colleen Hannegan introduces us to a new workout routine created by a 75-year-old woman who built amazing muscles just in the past five years. Read: I’m Stronger Today than I Was Three Weeks Ago.
