Marriage: It’s Mostly Saying, “It’s Wherever You Left It.”
My husband and I are celebrating 35 years of marriage this month. It’s been good. Great, even. And yet … there’s a certain conversation that comes up with “fingernails-scraping-a-blackboard” frequency.
Him: Have you seen my [insert object name here]?
Me: It’s wherever you left it.
